Wedding Chair Covers – Add Some Pizzazz To Your Wedding!
![]()
Let’s face it. White has been the official color of weddings for centuries and well, it’s become pretty boring. Right? After all, is white your favorite color? Then why should you have it splashed all over your own wedding just to be traditional? You want color? Then put it where it counts – your wedding chair covers!
Don’t waste your money on the same wedding everyone else had at the same reception hall. The hall might be beautiful and the gardens might be lovely, but what is going to make people remember your wedding was unique and memorable? Color! Where? To start with, you chair covers. Bored with white? Fine! How about the bright yellow you’ve been in love with since kindergarten? Love paisley? Canvas? Velvet? Bring it on!
Obviously, you’ll need to be a little creative to do all this since magenta or denim chair covers probably aren’t available at your local party supply store. No problem!
Today, colors are everywhere. Walls, appliances, clothes, furniture, and even chair covers. If yellow is your favorite color, then why not use it for your signature? Your color? Anywhere and anytime something is important – especially your wedding. Use it liberally all through the wedding and reception – dresses, linens, tableware, flowers, and of course matching chair covers.
Since you won’t find these unique pieces at any store, you’ll need to make your own, but it will be worth it! You’ll save money, and end up with chair covers you will be remembered for. The easiest way to accomplish all this is to do just chair backs, not the entire covers for the seats and all that.
Add some flowers, ruffles, lace, pearls, or even monograms – make them yours! And they don’t even have to match! Then – let everyone take home their chair cover as a souvenir.
After thinking if you are going to have chair covers for the big day, you should consider if there are other items, such as sashes that you may want to consider also. At Karen’s blog she discusses why wedding chair covers matter as well as other items on your big day.
